3.How to return the products

After receiving the product, if you encounter any quality problems, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours after receiving the product and provide photographic evidence of the problem. Our professional staff will respond promptly within 2 working days to assist you in solving the problem.

The following is not considered a quality issue: slight variations in color due to lighting and display, size discrepancy within 3-5cm

4.How to get the return label

For defective products:
This happens when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way
Customers can contact our customer service : service@procosplayshop.com and request for the shipping label,we will provide the shipping label download link 

For customer remorse:
This happens when the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or they no longer want the item
It is the customer's responsibility to contact the shipping company to obtain a shipping label

5.Restocking fee

For defective products:
This happens when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way
There is no restocking fee

For customer remorse:
This happens when the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or they no longer want the item
Restocking fee is 20% of the product price

6. Return shipping fee

7.Refunds

A.All returned products should be intact, not used, no odor, and in the proper packaging.We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned product has broken packaging or the product has been used.

B.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days
