Shipping Policy

Please kindly note that the final Receiving Time consists of shipping time and processing time. The best efforts will be take to shorten the processing time and delivery time, but there are uncontrollable factors may extend delivery time. Especially local Custom inspection, weather and shipping company overloaded. We are not liable for delays due to uncontrollable factors


1.Receiving  time = Processing time + shipping time 
A.Processing time

Whether the order is a standard size or a customized size, there will be a processing time. Processing time is mainly used for tailoring, quality and size inspection, packaging, domestic transportation and so on.

The processing time will be written on the details page of each product and will be updated irregularly according to the actual production and shipping conditions of our company.

For example if you see“Processing Time: Within 3-5 Business Days"

Which Means We will ship your order within 3-5 business days after receiving your payment. 


B.Shipping time 
1)Standard shipping:7-12 business days 
2)Express shipping:3-5 business days 


2.Shipping cost 
A.Shipping cost will be automatically calculated when you check out 
B.Shipping cost will be charged by the shipping method you choose, the weight and size of the product, and the address you fill in. 
C.If the shipping cost is not displayed when you checkout, please contact customer service service@procosplayshop.com 
D.Shipping address in remote area.If your shipping address if confirmed as remote area by the shipping company. An extra fee will be charged.We will contact you via the email left on our website.If we can get an reply with 24 hours.We reserved the right to cancel your order or not ship it. 

3.Track Order

1.All costumes from ProCosplayShopmade in your own size and are handmade, please check your order carefully before submitting. We will send a confirmation email after you placed an order.Please check the information on the confirmation email again to avoid problems.

2.We will send you a shipping update email after your order has been shipped out. Click on the tracking number in the email to track your order.

3.Order transportation will be divided into two parts

Part I: Transportation from China to the Destination Country(Step 1-7)

During this transit time, the customer can check the location and status of the package but cannot know the estimated delivery time of the order.

Part II: Transportation within the Destination country(Step 8)

After the order has been cleared by customs and delivered to the local carrier, the customer will be able to check the estimated delivery time of the order on the carrier's official website.

4.Changing the Shipping Address 
A. Before Shipment
To change the shipping address. If the shipping cost is higher for new address, you should cover the cost difference. If the shipping cost is lower for new address, we will refund you the difference in the form of Procosplayshop Gift Card.

B.After Shipment

Once the order has been shipped out, the address cannot be changed. Customers can contact the local post office to pick up or negotiate a change of address after the package arrives at the local service provider.


5.Not receiving your order 
A.Not receiving your order with stated delivery time 
Please kindly note that the final delivery time consists of shipping time and processing time. The best efforts will be take to shorten the processing time and delivery time, but there are uncontrollable factors may extend delivery time. Especially local Custom inspection, weather and shipping company overloaded.

We are not liable for delays due to uncontrollable factors

If the delay caused by our fault, we are willing to compensate the customer for 50% of the freight in the form of a gift card.

B.Not receiving the order while the tracking information shows delivered

We will update you to track the number after the package is shipped out. Please keep track of your package to avoid this happening.

If this happens

we suggest

  1. Check if the package is picked up by your family or friends
  2. Check if the package is delivered to your neighbor's home.
  3. Contact your local carrier to confirm if they have sent the wrong address.

We will do our best to help find your package, but no compensation will be provided.


B.Your order is confirmed lost 
If your order is confirmed lost by shipping company, please refer to our Return & Exchange policy to apply for refund.While We will not be held liable if the parcel is lost due to customer reasons.

5.Delivery problems 
A.Your parcel will be delivered based on the address information and contact information you left. 
B.Different shipping companies have different delivery policies. 
1) If the delivery is not successful due to the customer's reasons, the cost of re-delivery or multiple delivery will be paid by the customer. 
2) If the delivery is not successful due to the customer's reasons and the product is returned to the seller or returned to the shipping company's warehouse.The re-transportation and re-delivery costs incurred will be paid by the customer.
3)We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the package due to customer reasons.
