Return&Exchange Policy

At ProCosplayShop.com, we stand behind our product. For quality problems,wrong size,wrong product, missing items, we offer return or replacement service.

Return & Exchange Policy in Details:

1.Product 
(1). Return/exchange the product with quality problem 
Quality problems include inconsistent color, defective or items significantly different from our store description.Customer should contact us within 24 hours of delivery of items and email us photos to support claims for replacement or return. If we confirm that is our responsibility, after we receive and inspect customer's returned parcel, customer can apply for a return or replacement.

Please note: 
a.A slight color difference due to shooting light and display chromatic aberration doesn't belong to quality problem. 
b.Man-made damage by customers does not apply to the above return terms

(2) Return/exchange of wrong size costume 
a.All costumes are produced in strict accordance with the size specifications on our website, double check will be made before shipment. All costumes are manually measured,1-3cm measurement error is acceptable, which is not a size problem 
b. If we delivery customer the costume with wrong size, we accept return/exchange.Customer should contact us within 24 hours of delivery of items and email us photos to support claims for a replacement or return.f we confirm that is our responsibility, after we receive and inspect customer's returned parcel, customer can apply for a return or replacement.

(3) Wrong product 
If customer receive a wrong product, Customer should contact us within 24 hours of delivery of items and email us photos to support claims for a replacement or return.If we confirm that is our responsibility, after we receive and inspect customer's returned parcel, customer can apply for a return or replacement.

(4) Missing Items 
A.Missing items of your several order items or missing accessories. 
We will check carefully before shipment to avoid such problem, but if this happens, customer should contact us within 24 hours of delivery of items. If we confirm that is our responsibility, we will delivery the missing items to you within 3-7 business days. 
B. Didn't get your order. 
If you have not received your order for a long time, please contact service@procosplayshop.com and we will contact the shipping company in time to confirm whether your parcel is in transit or lost. If it is confirm that your parcel is lost, you can apply for a refund.

(5) If customer choose the wrong size, wrong product and wrong color.Return and exchange is not applicable.While customer can contact us claim for a 20% discount coupon for next order.

(6) Damage during shipping 

If you find that the package is damaged when delivery, please take photos immediately and contact the local postal service provider for compensation,and contact us within 24 hours about this issue. If the buyers does not take photos that can prove that the damage is caused by shipping and didn't contact us within 24 hours, all the losses and damaged of costume caused by shipping should covered by buyers.This situation is not eligible for any return or exchange 

3.Order Modification Before Shipment 
Free to exchange your product with a product in the same or lower value. Otherwise you need to cover the difference of price and freight. Size can also be changed after order placed. 
A. Free to modify your order within 12 hours. 
B. Within 12-24 hours 10% handling fee will be charged. 
C. Within 24-48 hours 20% handling fee will be charged. 
D. Within 48-72 hours 30% handling fee will be charged. 
E. After 72 hours 70% handling fee will be charged.

4.Refunds (if applicable) 
A.All returned products (If applicable) should be intact, not used, no odor, and in the original packaging.We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned product has broken packaging or the product has been used. 


B.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

C.Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

5.Shipping 
A.To return your product(If applicable), please contact service@procosplayshop.com for the return address.Please note that the return address is not same with the original shipping address or Mail address.

B.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 
C.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6.Supplementary 
A.All Cosplay product are customized, the return and exchange is unacceptable except for the above refundable & exchangeable terms. 
B.Gift Card are not refundable 
C.ProCosplayShop reserves the right to modify and explain the above terms
